I’m Chef Monique Delgado (Moni) and I’ve been cooking delicious meals in the Austin area for 13 years. I started my culinary career working for one of Austin’s premier caterers, making wedding food dreams come true.

For the past 10 years I’ve been nourishing the minds of our future leaders, cheffin’ it up for various fraternity and sorority houses at the University of Texas in Austin (Hook’em!)

 

I’m passionate about cooking and making people happy through food. Launching Herban Chef is a long time dream of mine, finally realized, and I would be honored to cook for you.
